Supply of New Glasses
On 31 March went to optician with my wife for us both to have eye test and new glasses.After an early appointment we were informed our glasses would be ready within 5 days.as we had heard nothing by 13h30 today I phoned to enquire whats happening,I was informed my wife's are ready,but mine are taking at least two weeks as they are multifocal.This is redicules as both pairs are multifocal.Why were then were we initialy told five days. Phoned other opticians in our area and they all say 5 days so why the delay
