Super Bad service

Spec savers liberty midlands mall; waited about 2 months for my specs. the lady that helped me messed up my payment ( never split it between my specs and my Fiancè's) when he pair was collected I was told and it was put on paper that I only owe R1100 for my pair upon collection. Eventually when I collected it (today) all of a sudden it's R1400. As spec savers explained that the kind of second pair I chose the discount only goes for a certain amount which was never explained to me upon appointment and choosing of frames and glasses.

Extremely disappointed terrible service and no owning up to their mistakes.
