I want say a big Thank to the team for their fantastic server, the professional manner and friendliness. For stepping up to solve the problem with the delay of my glasses delivery. Thank to the Head Office for also stepping. I love my new glasses. But on the sad note I'm very disappointed with the technical division for getting my prescription wrong 4 times causing a months delay.
