Stinking customer service

I got such bad services at Spec Savers Claremont.. lady doesn't even know why am there speaks about me like I don't understand English. The other guy must ask me where I did my test and if I have insurance, am standing right there and i do all my eye tests there...since 2011...I ask her to speak to me and properly, she gave me such attitude like really...in this day and age in cape Town that's what we pay for...I am so disgusted
