Still waiting for my specs

I had my eyes tested and had my glasses made through Spec Savers in Alberton. I received one pair of specs after about 3 weeks. I then collected my prescription sunglasses which was not tinted about a week later. I was informed that the specs will be sent back for tinting and I would get a call to collect. This was done in February 2015. To date I am still waiting for a call and my glasses. If this is the service spec savers renders then what a disgrace. I am still without my specs yet i was billed for them. I suffer from head aches due to this and it does not seem to be in any interest of Spec Savers Alberton to have my glasses ready or contact me if there is an issue.<br> <br> I would like a refund so that I can make my glasses at an optometrist who will take care of his or her clients and actually realise what impact this has on any individual who is dependent on a second pair of eyes
