Still waiting

I did an eye test at Spec Savers Southgate. Unfortunately the frame that I wanted was not available and the gentleman that was helping me told me that he will order it and get back to me on Monday 13th January. I called the store on Thursday 16th and spoke to Nomsa, was told that he was not available and I should call the next day. Today Friday 17th I am told by Nomsa that they will check who was helping me and that person will get back to me. I am still waiting for that call.
