Still no action from Spec-Savers

The bad service saga continues, its now a week since Spec-Savers indicated they would contact me, and again nothing, if they think that by ignoring me im going to stop they must think again. I'm going to start on other social media platforms letting SA know about my and my partner's terrible experience.
