Still have a bad attitude problem
Hi can you please do something about your Brakpan Branch. They really have a attitude problem. I complained last year about their service. They still have a problem. My fiance been there too get a appointment for her son. They told her they can only can help him February 2021. They give him a bad frame last year. The ***** keep on getting loose. They keep on fixing it. Now finally the specs are unfixable. The child wear specs permanently now he must wait till February 2021. Won't his eyes get weaker. Isn't a emergency.
