Stay clear of specsavers - ********* company!
Went for an eye test and got my glasses. Needless to say i couldnt see anything with the glasses so took it back for refund. Went for a 2nd opinion on a eye test. Specsavers tested me - 1.25 each eye. 2nd opinion tested - 1.50 each eye thus claryfing why the specsavers glasses did not help me. Now specsavers somerset mall is refusing to reimburse the wrongfully given eye test of R499 which i think is bad service as their optometrist is clearly ***********. Beware these bunch of ******* as they will not reimburse you for their wrong doings! Also, they are way more expensice than any other eye place so dont ever go to specsavers somerset mall or amy specsavers for that matter! ********* company!

18 Apr 2019, 12:28Also, they have VERY BAD customer services. The lady Jo-ann rolled her eyes at my husband yesterday. And the optometrist Courtney shouldnt even be a optometrist. Got my new glasses from my 2nd opinion and they are perfect! Also havent heard anything back from specsavers SA so as i have a contact at a local newspaper i am going public with this and warning consumers STAY CLEAR OF SPECSAVERS SOMERSETMALL!
