Stay away from them!!!!!
Good day. To whom it may concern please find my complaint for your attention. <br> <br> Today I went in by your Cape Gate store. I was assisted by a lady, we spoke about the eyewear ect... She said that bankmed covers the lenses and most cost of your astronomical eye test cost! So when I contacted my Medical aid, they said that they did not have \Optical Cover"on my plan. Which is not the problem here.... The problem is is that you want to charge me R635 for an few minutes eye test"

I have addressed your complaint.
The R625 is Bankmed Eye test rate not a Spec-Savers rate.
All our frames carry a 1 year warranty on factory faults, you should be able to replace the peeling frame with the new one if you are within the warranty period.
