Stay away from SPECSAVERS!!!!

I had my eyes tested at Specsavers Cape Gate. I settled the invoice immediately but was not given a copy of my prescription. Today I made the effort to go back to SpecSavers and ask for a copy of my prescription but was told that I cannot be given access to my own prescription, which I had paid for and am entitled to. Only the optometrist could give me access and she had already left (despite my request being during their business hours). I urge any prospective clients to seriously reconsider and rather make use of more professional services. Utterly disgusted.
