spectacles waiting on for longer than expected
Good Day
2 weeks ago i took my son Leo to specsavers tygervalley 1stly there was a lady assisting from old mutual branch who promised me that the glasses my son took is from the free range. i was then later in the week told i have to pay R300. i spoke to the manager Eben as my son wanted a diffirent colour in the frame that it will take a week for delivery from another branch. up to date it is 2 weeks and my son has not received anything they dont contact me until i call and threaten. Yesterday Eben told me it is out of her control my son gets headaches all the time because he does not have any specs i also had to ask his teacher to move him closer to the board. i dont know if this type of service is the norm but to me it is unacceptable.
i hope i will get feedback soon. Regards Mrs M Phillips
