Spectacles taking too long
I went on for my eye tests to get a new frame for my glasses on Saturday 23 April 2022 but still have not received my new glasses. I called them to find out and was told they haven't arrived and no one could provide an answer as to when I'm going to receive them. They are quick to take money from the medical aid but take their time in delivering.
