Spectacles made wrong

My wife has spectacles ordered by the Centurion Mall branch. Received a quote which had to be ammended as the requirements were not correct. Once finalised the next step was "PAYMENT IN FULL". After about two weeks message received to collect the spectacles. Guess what..? The spectacles were made to some other script but surely not the one taken when visiting the store. Now almost another two weeks have passed and still no spectacles. When doing enquiries as to delivery the comment was MAYBE THURSDAY. Is Spec Savers a bank that collects Interest on money they have taken without delivering the goods as required.
