Spectacle lenses coating

I have been wearing spectacles for more than 30 years and never have I had a problem with my lenses. I had a new set of spectacles made at spec savers in Claremont Cape Town and a few months later, it seems like the coating on the lense is coming off making it look like little watermarks. The right lense is completely cover while the left lense is about 50% covered in these marks. Yesterday I took my specs back to them and I had to pay R401 to have replacement lenses made up. Not to mention the person helping me, suggesting it’s my fault, like I’m using something strong to clean the lense. Again I say, I’m wearing spec for over 30 yrs, I know what and what not to use. Surely I shouldnt be paying in any money when this is a “manufacturer” fault!! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I will never go back to spec savers. From what I understand a few other people have had the same problem!!
