Specsavers,Market str,Upington

We went to Specsavers ,in Market st,Upington ,in October 2023.The lady at reception told us that although we have a medical savings account at Momentum ,that we have to pay cash upfront in order to order and receive the prescribed glasses.So we did pay .Then in December ,Momentum Savings paid Specsavers ,Market st ,Upington aswell.Since December we have battled with Jackie at the accounts department from this Specsavers branch and she is never available or they promise to phone back,but nothing.No call backs or follow ups or ane refunds
