Specsavers Wonderpark - nonsense!

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with how Specsavers Wonderpark cancelled my daughter's eye test appointment. I booked an online appointment for my daughter and the booking was successful. When I called to inform them I am running 10 minutes late to the appointment, I was told it was not a problem and that they will move the appointment to 14h30. I confirmed that the appointment is for my daughter only and not for me. Then they called me back to tell me that the booking is captured as a booking for the both of us and therefore, they will not be able to see my daughter anymore if I won't be consulting myself. When I app**** online I selected the kids free eye test and it requested my child's details as well as mine. The consultant said that I selected the option to 'join' my child's appointment and that is utter nonsense!!! Very upset client!!!
