Specsavers, why the delay?
Please could someone explain how long it takes to receive a pair of specs these days. I have waited for weeks for my glasses and still no word. Please help.

A pair of the glasses I ordered was delivered with their original lenses and another pair of glasses (Alter Ego) was also sent - they also had their original lenses. What is going on here? This is just a mess. Please help.
