Specsavers Vaal Mall : Audiological devision. (MRS BRONWYN VAN WYK)

Specsavers Vaal Mall: MRS BRONWYN VAN WYK: I went for for hearing aid test, this went very well and smooth. One week later when went back to follow up on the progress regarding the hearing aid sourcing and procurement, I was told that Specsavers was awaiting approval from my Medical aid. I followed up again today and was told that the hearing aids were only ordered Tuesday this week, and not the previous week, ten seconds down the line during the conversation it was said that these hearing aids were only ordered yesterday. ( 3 Blatant lies in one conversation) When I checked my medical aid app this morning I noticed that Specsavers Vaal Mall MRS BRONWYN VAN WYK actually submitted two claims on the 23 January for the hearing aids, the first claim was paid 1 Febr 2024. The second claim is *****ulent and (*****) I beleive this is blatant ***** and should be reported to all the medical funds.
