Specsavers Tamboti Mall

About a week ago I had made an appointment at Specsavers Tamboti mall, which I was 5 minutes late for and I was told that I had to reschedule. Even though I felt that they could have easily helped me I took accountability and rescheduled. Today was my rescheduled appointment and it turns out that my appointment was not captured in the system. When I got there I was told that another person was in my time slot. A receptionist by the name of Memory handled this issue so professionally I didn't even get a chance to get upset. Amazing amazing service. They are definitely my go to specsavers from this point onwards
