Specsavers spectacles - poor quality!!

In Oct/Nov 2024 my daughter was due for new spectacles. I bought her a pair, in December 2024 the arm broke and I went to Specsavers Carlswald in Midrand.And I had to pay for the repair even though the spectacles are insured.The arm broke again and I had to put tape!! I am not happy with the quality of these spectacles.I just hope and pray I don't have to pay again.
