Specsavers secunda mall

After taking my fiance for spectacles at specsavers secunda mall branch we were told it would take 2 weeks for them to be ready. We went back 15 days later and they were not, i asked when we would be able to come and get them but were told that they could not trace them at the lab it was sent to. We are niw at 24 days and when we inquire they are still not available, nor is the owner of or the manager. I can not believe that such service exists as the patient is the only one left suffering with headaches etc I wil never advise anyone to go to this branch
