Specsavers promenade lies to clients

Staff at promenade branch lies to clients I ordered a frame on the 3 Feb. 5days later I phoned for an update they supposedly checked the system after asking my details they said it had not arrived yet on the 14 I again phoned and gave my details and was told either later that day or Monday the 17th. So I decided to go to the branch on the 17th to be told there is no record of an order
