Specsavers Preller -0ne of the worst store - Bad Service

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from one of your store in Bloemfontein. I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your store.

I am not happy with the multi focal lenses you provided to me It's one of the worst lenses I have ever seen. I did complain twice but I was told that I need to make appointment first but my problem is I am residing in ladybrand and it cost me a lot of money to travel to Bloemfontein.

I was appalled at such behaviour, and have a good mind to take further steps. I hope you would look into this matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name , so please address this issue soon. Already medical aid paid for your services of which I am not happy about it.

I trust this is not the way that spec saver wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
