Specsavers Pmb are terrible.

Last year in June I were sent for a set of glasses again as my my frame broke I asked if I could get another set of frame as the glasses were still fine. I had to pay for the test and when it came to choosing a frame which I loved and suit me the staff said it not right as I have to take a big set of frame that does not suite me at all I told them I don't like it but ignored me and ordered the ugliest frame, after 2 weeks of waiting I paid R1600 for it and after a month I started to get minor headache and my one eye on the right side went skew. After 2 month thought it was flu I bought all kind of flu medications and after 3 month still with Nasal Congestion, I fell pregnant last year October and my head very sore everyday with checkup by my hospital the doctor could not understand why I'm still sick after 5 months. I told hubby that something not right these glasses is the caused it so heavy on my nasal passage as it blocks my nose. On Tuesday I went to specsavers and were told to pay up R3650 for my glasses to be trimmed, I haven't got that kind of money and why did they never tell me last year that I will have problems as the lenses are very heavy and will caused health proble
