Specsavers Overport City

Specsavers Overport City have tried on more than one occasion to con me into paying for anti scratch and hardening on my glasses lenses , as an additional extra when in fact (as confirmed by two other specsavers branches) it is actually included in the price. My wife visited the Overport City branch today (10/02/2024) to do her eye test and glasses and they conned her into paying over R400 for the same service. i tried calling them but the branch was already closed. i demand a refund on this so called service and appeal to specsavers head office to investigate why this branch is charging for a service that is already included in the price.
