Specsavers OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I recently visisted Specsavers in Port Shepstone as I was in need of new reading specs. I have recently visited your branch at Oribi Plaza, Port Shepstone in KZN on 8 June 2024, after I had a stressless process of booking an appointment online though your online portal. I opted for your current Woza-Woza special as I was only in need of new reading specs. I was received professionally and very friendly by the kindest of people. My eyetest were done extremely efficient and I left the establishment in total awe. My frame, my test and all the things that go into this at such an affordable price, left me amazed. I had bad experiences at one of your competitors where they tried to upsell me with all kinds of jargon, and here with you, I got exactly what I wanted, at the very price you advertised.

In our current economic climate, these are things that impress me, and I take it, lots of other customers.

After my order was placed on the 8th, I already revceived my new specs on the 12th. This is amazing service. Thank you.

The staff in the Oribi Plaza branch need to be commended for their excellent service as it sets a great tone for the company in general.
