specsavers order

non satisfactory service from Kloof street Specsavers, had an appointment 9 February for new specs, accepted the summer promo with a pair of sunglasses also, since Saturday 11 February I've been trying to cancel and change my order with no success, numerous calls to the store and the main specsavers 0860 number. My calls don't get returned, or only get returned a day later telling me that I cannot cancel or change my order. I've already paid the full amount, this is unacceptable!
