Specsavers only ever has excuses

Did my eye test on 03 march to get my glasses it is now 18 march still have not received anything the fist excuse they had was the lenses failed quality control this was on 12 march and they are reordering the lenses called them today 18 march and the new excuse they have is that the lenses broke in manufacturing and now they have to log a ticket again to get me a new ETA. This is ridiculous all they have is excuses every single time i call them. Do not use specsavers they are the worst in the business.

Good day Kyle.

Our prescription spectacles take 7-14 working days because each customer's spectacles are manufactured according to their prescription including lens type, shape, and size. After your lenses are manufactured, the prescription spectacles undergo quality checks to ensure they meet standards and the prescription is correct. We ensure that our final product is accurate, functional, and comfortable for each customer.  We have arranged with our team to follow up on your order and contact you directly.

Warmest regards

The Spec-Savers Team
