SpecSavers Menlyn is useless!!!

Ordered my contact lenses in January 2018. It's April now, and I haven't heard from them. I constantly have to call and enquire and none of the receptionists know what is going on. How is this even possible???? What irritates me is that they did not waste time claiming from my medical aid. The agreement when I ordered was that my contact lenses will be delivered to my nearest SpecSavers on Jhb, now they claim that I have to pay for the extra costs. How??? Why??? Why was this not communicated to me then? The receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE! Raising their voice over the phone, to an enquiring client. I also ordered glasses, which I did receive back in January. They are not clear/ strong enough. Very weak/ bad quality. First experience and definitely my LAST. What disgusting service!
