Specsavers Maponya Mall

I'm really considering cancelling my Spec-savers account after the Maponya Mall Branch incident; my wife did not receive the refund she had been promised after 21 days. We regret using their services (which was the worst) as the late Grandmother wanted to go to a different optical group, but we insisted that we go to the Maponya Mall Spec-Savers hoping to get the best service.
