Specsavers Mall@Carnival

The Mall@carnival branch for audiology and specs is excellent.

Leaticia Steyn is an absolute angel. So helpful, so understanding. I received my hearing aids on time and even received a custom parting gift with a few extra items.

The specs department is great too, but i am not keen on the machine that blows the air pressure. Its painful and even after mentioning that i suffer from dry eyes, the lady thought i was joking. I suffered for the rest of the week with eye irritation and discharge. They should at least give the patient an option or suggest to use eye drops before using that machine. Also there is a hearing station there, i said i was deaf i have already ordered my hearing aids, it was still insisted that i have to do the hearing test. I took my hearing aids out because you cant put headphones over hearing aids and i couldnt hear the test. The lady suggested i put the headphones over the hearing aids which caused so much discomfort and feedback. My suggestion would be for the specs side to listen to the patients before just defaulting to what "has" to be done because the system says so.

Otherwise it was good service, will recommend.
