Specsavers Kolonnade and their appalling service

Remind me to never ever do my glasses with your Specsavers Kolonnade branch ever again. I actually regret the day I walked into that branch. The service is just appalling and disgusting. We are now on the fourth week and still my glasses haven’t arrived. I have to constantly keep following up with them and their consultant Nthabi is just beyond disappointing. I have done my glasses with numerous branches and have never received such service in my life. As for your kolonnade branch I’m disgusted. Whenever you call to follow up it’s like you’re bothering them. I’m very disappointed
