Specsavers keywest mall is a ****.
I was called on Monday to collect my spectacles so i advised that i am at work and i will collect on Wednesday,,, i went in today and to my shock they searched for a good 20 min and came back with a feedback saying my specs were collected by someone on Monday ohk who's the person? Can i see their id copy or signature because no one knew about my business with specsavers,_ they said they just gave the person the specs without any details nor id copy.
