Specsavers is the worst optometrist ever!!!

The worst service I have ever received l. I'm actually sad. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company clearly I'm not. On the 2 March 2021 I took my son to specsavers to get an eye test as part of the kids right to sight and we had a horrible experience. The optometrist was rude to my son and lost his temper with my child, to which I immediately put him in his place. So today the 27 March I called specsavers to find out about my son's glasses, as they said that it will be ready in two weeks. I called and they told me that they had only submitted my son glasses to the lab this week only. Who is running this business? How has an order not been submitted for almost three weeks. I thought they wanted to help families, I thought this was a good but now I see they actually don't care about kids. How does it take them three weeks to submit my son's glasses.
