Specsavers Heiderand mall Mosselbay

My daughter had an eytest at Specsavers Heiderand mall in Mosselbay on the 30th March 2021. They contacted me on Monday so that they can insert the new lenses in her current glasses. We gave in her glasses, when we came back from there, they broke her glasses, had no sympathy, they gave us the most awful frame as a replacement, but the lenses was to small for the original frame, they cutted it for the size of reading glasses. I am very upset about this, my daughter is very upset. I truly feel that this is unprofessional and unacceptable. They will never ever see me again.
