Specsavers headaches... Taking advantage of weak eyes,

Got a new pair of spectacles in March 2020,

First bad experience, was quoted 1700 (online promo was lens at half price, free eye test, summer promo plus free sunglasses which worked out to just under 1k,) but coz I had to go in for eyetest, they quoted me 1700-500(eyetest free promo) =1200, but then I was called 1 weeks later and told I owe another 1200,as they pushed it thru medical aid which I clearly said I don't have and I even paid upfront for both payments, anyways, so I atleast got the sunglasses free..

2)I got the My lenses and sunglases just before lockdown started on the 26th March 2020(Wednesday afternoon) ,and as I put them on they had a blurry vision(optometrist assistant said that I must get used it,which it ended up causing or giving me intense sinus pain like headaches, with nausea in the nights or next day, (but sunglasses where perfect)..

3)later that afternoon,i went back explained myself and the manager was rude to me too, as they took it and adjusted the ***** or shape or. Whatever, but then i just left got home and noticed that they broke both my frames was bent by the *****s/joints,

4)I tried thru March, april, and even may, Then eventaully end May, I went into store and I was told that I bent it,and Manufacturer won't fix as the where the ***** joins it, one frame was broken(by the joints) and the others one is bent, (and then I saw they broke it even further at the store by trying to bend it right)

5)I've eventually gotten communications with head office who told me to go take it back and they will replace it free of charge, (but the lenses of the main frame also needs replacing as it's not correct, I've mentioned) anyways end of August they agreed to redo everything and when I went I store, the manager knew about it, but she was so rude to me and told me that I must still pay in for the insurance as I broke the frames

Best part, I only had the frames and lenses for two weeks, paid so much money for the frames,(if your frames made from tin and plastic, why is it so expensive?)

My next step will be to lay a Complaint with CPA, and ombudsman,
