Spec Savers Hartebee****rt administration very poor Paid surcharge over about 3 or 4 months ago to Spec Savers Hartebee****rt .New specticals will only be manufactured after paying surcharge which I did and I have received the new specticals Now suddenly I received a call from their office to say I owe them more money Asked the lady to e mail the information and account to me so that I can see what is going on Informed this person that I have paid for the surcharge charge so how is it possible that I owe them more money. Up till now I have not received any response from them I am very unhappy about this
