Specsavers fourways is the worst !

I went to the specsavers in Fourways a year ago. The guy at the front desk decided to decline my anti glare without my permission, the were running a special that time which would’ve allowed me to choose a cheaper frame so I can include everything I needed on my lenses as per the optometrist.I was prepared to pay in extra and was actually shocked that I didn’t have to but turns out that guy Elliot declined it because he didn’t think I needed it . To top it off when I went to fetch my glasses I expressed how uncomfortable they were and asked if he could organise for the frame to be a little tight and he told me I had to take them home 1st before they could be fixed .Anyways I take the glasses coz I didn’t really want to argue. I think what irritates me the most about this is that him making that decision creates a shortfall which I could’ve covered at that time and now I’m being called and sent sms about my owing specsavers even though I don’t have the glasses in my possession. I went out of my way to send the glasses back because they were really uncomfortable. 2 I stay really far from fourways and only did my glasses there coz I was working in fourways in those two weeks and thought it would be convenient 3 so many people from specsavers have called me and I’ve had to tell this story over and over again without any feedback or apology or compensation for all the trouble they’ve caused me . I still don’t have the glasses over a year later .
