Specsavers durbanville pathetic forceful service!

Specsavers advertised free eye test for kids,vi battled to get a free test in durbanville there was never openings when I eventually said I have medical then only I got assisted. I went for the eye test with the intention to get my daughter basic specs my daughter was examined alone and the optometrist completed all the paperwork without talking to the minors mother o had to ask the receptionist about the specs. They have me a lens that was new on the market that cost me R1400.00 all I wanted was an affordable set of glasses. I was told that I can't cancel the glasses and that I have to take it...I then tried to make an arrangement but to be honest as a single parent I can not afford and I have made bit known several times. I am just very disappointed that Specsavers durbanville force things on people I don't have the glasses but this morning I received a message that I was handed over to the attorneys for not paying the glasses I don't have yet.
