SpecSavers Boulders - Never go to this Branch EVER!

I am flabbergasted by the service received from Spec-Savers The Boulders, Midrand. I went to get glasses on the 9th January, was called a week later to come fetch my glasses only to find that it was just one pair ( my prescription glasses) and the sunglasses were apparently sent to the lab - no one had the decency to tell me this upfront as I wouldn't have wasted a trip to fetch just one pair of glasses as guess what I need to go back again! Today is the 31st January I still have not received my sunglasses and I called them on the 29th Jan only to be told that they have sent an email to the lab ( whatever happened to making positive contact and phoning the lab - that's if the issue is indeed with the Lab) from the 29th im assuming there must have been a response from their lab but no one came back to me. I had to call again, spoke to Lelo who advised MAYBE they will come today - MAYBE as they get 2 deliveries a day and my sunglasses weren't in the morning delivery,... my question is how may deliveries have taken place since I fetched the first pair.

I once again need to waste my time and resources chasing them but they were very quick to request payment!!!

I wouldn't recommend Spec Savers to anyone unless you want a similar experience!
