Specsavers Atterbury - GREAT SERVICE!

Great, friendly staff! I visited the new Atterbury branch on 24-01-2019, I walked into their store in a very, very bad mood due to my previous optometrist (Torga optical) messing up my medical aid. I have spent hours on the phone with Torga and Isoleso to have this sorted. I was shown away from Torga because my benefits "werent available as yet" and I walked straight into Specsavers Atterbury. They contacted Isoleso as did I and the problems were resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you for not showing me the door (shame on you torga optical) and thank you for helping to sort out a mess that you did not even cause! This is client service at its BEST!
