Spec Savers worse Administration and Service.

Worst experience ever I had to pay full bill in cash because the temp hired at Spec Savers Vaal Mall didn't check my benefits with my medical aid. My medical aid had no records of the call made to the on the day of my appointment. The temp had already left when I collected my spectacles and the staff there didn't want to take responsibility of the mistakes made on their side the said it was my responsibility to check my benefits before visiting their store.
