****** Spec-Savers Winklesruit

I called the Winklespruit (Kingsburgh) branch yesterday to ask for their practice number so I can request a pre-authorization from Prime Cure. I always do this without any problems but Spec Savers. The lady over the phone, Megan was her name, kept asking me to repeat my name. Upon realizing that it's a Zulu name, she said to me "sorry, we don't give out our personal information" even after explaining to her that I want to do a pre-authorization and that I always do it myself. So I quickly logged in on my Kaelo Health Plus and Discovery apps and unsurprisingly their so-called "personal information" is conveniently out there for the world to see, just like any other health/medical practice. Sies man, they must be ashamed of their institutionalized ******, it's pathetic for a practice that is situated in a predominantly Zulu area, let alone the province.
