Spec Savers Vincent Park

Unbelievably poor service at Spec Savers Vincent Park in East London. It’s been a month since I’ve ordered my contact lenses, while I was told it was going to take a week.

I’ve tried following up multiple times and I am always met with a different excuse concerning “the supplier”, all of which contradict each other.

I paid in full a month ago when I ordered them. What is the protocol here? And if it is supposed to take this long, why was I told so many different stories — including that it would take a week?

Really disappointed in the customer service, dismissive tone, and lack of any accountability taken by this branch.
