Spec Savers Vaal Mall

I got new prescription glasses last year March from Spec Savers Vaal Mall. For 9 months I struggled seeing with the glasses. Went back several times just to hear its the frame and then they put in nose pads, which last for only 4 days. In January I went back again. A lady by the name of Nicole was on duty. She immediately attended to my problem. The Thuesday she phoned me to come in for a eye test. My eyes was retested and I could choose any frame. She helped me with so much patience until I finaly got a frame. Two weeks later she phoned me to come and fetch my new glasses. Immediately I could feel my eyes relax and I could see clearly again. When I asked her how much should I pay she said its TOTALY FREE. That is what I call service. Although not one of them was involved the first round. Thanx Nicole for listening actualy take action.
