Spec Savers Tygervalley Unacceptable delivery lead time and poor service

I went to Specsavers Tygervalley on the 9th February to get my eyes tested and to get a new Spectacle made on the special offer they had that you could get a free pair of sunglasses free. They advised the specs for the lenses that I had to take.They said that the lead time would be 10 working days. After 10 working days I phoned and they said that the order were not ready for collection due to the specs of the lenses and that it would be ready for collection after 12 working days.After 12 working days I phoned again and they said it is still not ready for collection and would be ready for collection today 4th March. This morning I phoned them and they said that the lenses are still in JHB and would be ready for collection on Wednesday 6th March. I have paid everything in full on the 9th February when I ordered the spectacles. This is unacceptable, a huge inconvenience as I am in need of the new spectacles.
