Spec savers The Arch Pietermaritzburg can't find frame to replace broken one!!!!!!!

Spec savers located at the Arch Centre in Pietermaritzburg mis informed my mother about their insurance on the spectacles. When the glass came out she went to them to have them fixed. The first issue was that they did not have a same frame to replace the broken one. She was them told she would co-pay R200 for R1000 insurance on the glasses and they would check with other branches. A week later they called her back shocked her with R600 co payment to trim the glass to fit in the "new, alternative frame". She refused to pay R600 because she had prepared the 20% co payment. She is currently with no glasses, no joy. Basically she wasted all her money buying specs from spec savers and worse of all she used medical aid. The insurance on the glasses must be a false promose. You don't get joy instead you pay and suffer later with their cheap frames.
