SPEC SAVERS TAMBOTIE MALL - EXCELLENT SERVICE
I visited Spec Savers Tambotie Mall for a 10h30 appointment on Sunday, 13 September 2020. The front desk was manned by 2 beautiful women namely, Fefe and Danielle who displayed mutual respect for each other that I felt home immediately. The companionship and team work that you displayed is exemplary and worth the applause.
It has been a very long time that I visited an establishment similar to theirs where customer satisfaction is practiced and a customer feels he is the only one that ever walked into their consulting rooms.
Douw Grobler, the Optometrist, for a minute I felt like a candidate Optometrist myself as you guided me and explained every process as we went through the eye examination. To the whole team, you deserve every customer that walks through the 2 doors of your reception area. May you be blessed and remain the humble team that you are.
For a minute a forgot I can't see!
