Spec-Savers Spectacle

Good day. I had a full eye test done 29 May 2025. A friend of mine working in Europe will be coming to visit in December and asked for the printout of the results as he works for a spectacle company and can get me a free pair of glasses. Asked the lady who helped me at the store for eye test information. She gave me the test results but with no PD measurements and she said it can’t be given as it’s only for the company and not given out. I told her I paid for a full examination and that this is part of what I paid for. Was told that this is unfortunately part of the companies policy and they only use it to make glasses if I order by them and don’t hand it out. Made contact with Spec-Savers South Africa through Messenger on Facebook and was asked for my phone number so they can get a representative to step in and make contact with me. This was a week ago 19 August and still no word from them. I made use of them in the past for eye test, glasses and even took an old lady who couldn’t afford a new pair of glasses and had one made for her. I find this unacceptable and told the lady at the counter that luckily there are many eye specialists and I will make use of anyone except them in the future.
